At Micropage we understand what your business and meeting expectations mean to you and we want to ensure you have a pleasant experience with our online membership platform.

Here’s the simple procedure for requesting a cancellation or request a refund of your payment:

1. Australian Competition & Consumer Accommission (ACCC)

We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law for the rights of cancelling a service under the ACCC consumer rights & guarantees.

When you cancel a Micropage membership subscription monthly or annually plan or cancel any other service that we offer on the micropage.com.au website re request the cancellation in writing either in a physical letter sent to: Micropage, P.O. Box 985, Northam WA 6401 or by email using our support system.

You can cancel your membership at any time.

2. Accepted Refunds

If you have a major problem with a service or a minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time you have the right to cancel a service contract or Micropage Membership Subscription Plan.

We require proof of:

  • You’ve been provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill from Micropage.
  • You’ve received an Micropage service that is unfit for the purpose you asked for.
  • Your Micropage service was not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date.

Approved and accepted refunds will be refunded in the same form as your original payment.

3. Services You Can't Cancel

You must pay for services you’ve received under a service contract that worked as expected.

You can’t cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was outside the control of the provider or if you:

  • Changed your mind
  • Insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice or how the service is attended.
  • Failed to clearly explain your needs to Micropage.

4. Cancelling Your Service

If you have a problem with a Micropage service, take the following steps:

  1. Contact Micropage in writing to explain the problem. If our Micropage Support Team cannot fix the service in a reasonable time, state that you want to cancel the service contract.
  2. If you’ve paid for the service and it has already started or been delivered, negotiate a refund to cover the services that failed and any advance payments.
  3. If the Micropage service has not failed, or if you have a change of mind, we reserve the rights to reject your request for a refund or Micropage services or Micropage Membership Subscription Plan both annual and monthly.
  4. Your cancellation of your Micropage Membership Subscription Service will terminate your Micropage from being shown to the public. We reserve the right to deny a refund or partial refund for the remaining month(s) or day(s) on your paid Membership Subscription Plan.
  5. We reserve the rights to remove all content, images, logos and links from all fields in your Micropage once the request for cancellation has been made.
  6. Your responsible for adding the content, images, logos and links back onto your Micropage account if you choose at any stage to reactivate your Membership Subscription Plan account.
